The business environment today is undergoing changes so fast and dynamic. Today many new companies that have sprung up in the business world. But not all of the new company, legal business organizations, many of which are founded not fit the rules that have been defined. Many entrepreneurs are desperate to set up a business without thinking about whether the business has sufficient legal and legitimate in the eyes of the law.
